Is there a free trial?

There is something better: a permanently free plan. It includes 2 agent seats, 1 connected channel, AI triage and 200 conversations a month at €0, with no card required and no expiry date.

Is DashDesk priced per agent?

No. Each plan is a flat monthly price per workspace that includes a number of seats — 2 on Free, 5 on Starter, 15 on Growth and 50 on Scale. Adding an agent within your seat count costs nothing.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are shown in your billing currency — Egyptian pounds in Egypt, euros in the euro area and US dollars everywhere else — and exclude VAT. Your billing currency follows the country your business is in, not the language you read the site in.

What happens if I exceed my conversation limit?

Conversations above the limit are not silently dropped — an Admin is warned and asked to upgrade. Usage counters reset on the first of each month.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, and your conversation history is never deleted by a plan change.

In short

DashDesk has four plans. Free is €0 for 2 seats, 1 channel and 200 conversations a month. Starter is €29 a month for 5 seats and 2,000 conversations. Growth is €79 for 15 seats and 10,000 conversations. Scale is €199 for 50 seats and 50,000 conversations. Every plan includes AI triage.

How much does DashDesk cost?

There are four plans: Free at €0, Starter at €29 a month, Growth at €79 a month and Scale at €199 a month. Prices are per workspace, not per agent, and every plan — including Free — includes AI triage on every inbound message.

What changes between plans is capacity rather than intelligence: how many agents can sign in, how many channels you can connect, how many conversations you can handle, and how many AI replies are included.

The Free plan is permanent. There is no time-limited trial to expire and no payment card required to create a workspace.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a thread with one customer on one channel, counted once in the month it starts. Twenty messages back and forth with the same customer is one conversation, not twenty, and the counter resets on the first of each month.

AI replies are metered separately, because a conversation the AI answers and one an agent answers cost different amounts to run. Each plan lists both numbers.

Which plan should I choose?

Start on Free and let volume decide. Move to Starter when you need a second channel or a third agent, to Growth when you need shift-based routing or a custom domain, and to Scale when you need an audit log or SLA reporting — typically an agency running several client workspaces.

Plan changes take effect immediately and are made from Settings → Billing by an Admin. Downgrading keeps your history; it only lowers the ceilings.

Are there costs outside the plan?

Yes, one: Meta bills your business directly for WhatsApp Cloud API conversations. DashDesk does not resell WhatsApp messaging and takes no margin on it, so those rates are whatever Meta charges you. Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger and web chat have no per-message fee.
